Standards, specifications and sour service
Projects generally specify material to ASTM, ASME, API and EN standards together with the owner's and EPC contractor's material specifications, which often add supplementary testing, marking and documentation. We review the specification named in each enquiry and confirm which requirements can be met before quoting. Material for sour service can be supplied to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 on request. Our company is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, and mill test certificates (MTC) are supplied with all material.
Shipping to Kuwait
Shipments leave from Mumbai and Nhava Sheva (JNPT) for Shuwaikh and Shuaiba ports, and urgent consignments can go by air freight to Kuwait City. We quote on EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF terms, and transit time is confirmed with each quotation. Documents include the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading and MTC, with attestation where the buyer requires it. Third-party inspection by the buyer's nominated agency can be arranged before dispatch.
Low-temperature and sour service
Gas processing and LPG units need impact-tested low-temperature carbon steel – A333 Grade 6 pipe, A350 LF2 flanges and A420 WPL6 fittings – and refinery hydroprocessing units need chrome-moly and stabilised stainless steel. We supply these with the impact, hardness and PMI testing the specification requires.
