Products for export

• Seamless pipes and tubes and welded pipes and tubes – stainless, carbon, alloy, duplex and nickel alloy, to ASTM, ASME and API 5L.
• Flanges – ASME B16.5, B16.47, EN 1092-1 and other standards, Class 150 to 2500.
• Pipe fittings – butt-weld fittings to ASME B16.9 and forged fittings to ASME B16.11.
• Plates and sheets – ASTM A240, A516, A387 and nickel alloy specifications.
• Round bars, rods and wires and fasteners – stud bolts, hex bolts, nuts and washers.

Export documents

Each export shipment is supplied with a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the bill of lading or air waybill, together with the mill test certificate (MTC) for the material. Where the buyer or destination country requires it, documents can be attested or legalised, and additional certificates or inspection reports can be arranged. Please list your document requirements with the enquiry so they are included in the quotation.

Packing and marking

Export material is packed for sea freight and handling at the destination port. Pipes are bundled with steel strapping or packed in wooden boxes, with plastic end caps to protect bevelled ends. Flanges and fittings are packed in wooden boxes or crates or on pallets, with faces protected and surfaces coated with rust-preventive oil where appropriate. Plates and sheets are packed on wooden skids, with paper interleaving or PVC film for polished finishes. Each package is marked with the order number, item description, heat number and dimensions, and shipping marks can be added to the customer's instructions.

Incoterms, shipping and inspection

We quote on common Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF, from Mumbai and the nearby container port of Nhava Sheva (JNPT), with sea and air freight arranged to the buyer's port or airport. Transit time and freight depend on the destination and are confirmed with each quotation. Third-party inspection by the buyer's nominated agency can be arranged on request before dispatch, covering visual and dimensional checks, review of mill test certificates and any additional testing in the order.

Our company is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. Material can be supplied to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 on request for sour service, and pressure equipment items to PED 2014/68/EU where required.
