Boiler and power plant material

Chennai is a centre for boiler manufacturing and power plant maintenance. Boiler makers and power stations use carbon steel tubes to ASTM A192 and A210, chrome-moly tubes to A213 T11, T22 and T91, and A335 P11, P22 and P91 pipes with matching fittings and flanges. Tubes and pipes for boilers registered under the Indian Boiler Regulations are supplied with IBR certification when the order requires it, with positive material identification on request to prevent grade mix-ups.

Dispatch, GST and documents

Material is dispatched from Mumbai by road to the customer's site or store in Chennai, or through the customer's own transporter; transit time is confirmed with the quotation. Every supply is invoiced with GST and dispatched with an e-way bill where required, together with the packing list and mill test certificate. For steam and boiler lines, pipes and tubes are supplied with IBR certification when the order requires it, and material for sour service can be supplied to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 on request. Third-party inspection by the customer's nominated agency can be arranged before dispatch. Our company is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, and mill test certificates (MTC) are supplied with all material.
