Material for bulk drug plants

Bulk drug plants use 316L for most reactors, receivers, condensers and process piping, often with intergranular corrosion testing to ASTM A262 Practice E. Steps involving hydrochloric acid, chlorinated solvents or other aggressive chemicals use Hastelloy C276 or glass-lined equipment, and solvent recovery and utility lines use 304L and carbon steel. Pharmaceutical customers expect full traceability, so each item is marked with its heat number and supplied with its mill test certificate, ready for audit and qualification documents.

Dispatch, GST and documents

Material is dispatched from Mumbai by road to the customer's site or store in Hyderabad, or through the customer's own transporter; transit time is confirmed with the quotation. Every supply is invoiced with GST and dispatched with an e-way bill where required, together with the packing list and mill test certificate. For steam and boiler lines, pipes and tubes are supplied with IBR certification when the order requires it, and material for sour service can be supplied to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 on request. Third-party inspection by the customer's nominated agency can be arranged before dispatch. Our company is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, and mill test certificates (MTC) are supplied with all material.
